on toes alot…..
My boyfriend paints cars and has to lean on his toes on his right foot for long periods of time.
I’ve been reading and I think he now has Metatarsalgia because thats exactly what is swollen on his foot. Do you think being on your toes alot, would cause this condition?
Would inserts made for that condition help, even though he must still bend down on those toes to do his job?

I don’t nessacarily think that it is because he is on his toes a lo. As a ballet dancer we dance on pointe, which is those shoes you stand on your toes in. But that is an intirely different thing! And when I am not in class I walk on my toes a lot like tippytoes because that is where my balance is.
