orthotic inserts
My son’s feet veer outward(like a penguin). He has been wearing orthotic inserts for about 6 months, but we really do not know if they are beneficial.
Is there another remedy? He plays a lot of sports and would like for his running to improve.

Has your son had physical therapy? It may not be his feet, but rather his hips. Have him checked out. Good luck M
