Hi, number one I hope my message recieves more of a response than the rest of your messages have shown..0.My 10 year old daughter was diagnosed with this last week.
She is not sports oriented.
She likes to ride bikes but she hasn’t done this since last summer.
The most she does is walk and go up and down the stairs. she is active in many ways but not in sports etc.
It looks and feels like she has a softball under her knee and it is horribly painful.
I was told to use ice.. It has not helped.
Is there any help out there for this yet? Any advise would be appreciated. thanks
