Outer leg discomfort
I have been walking five days a week for the past 14 years.
I try to wear good walking shoes e.g Saucony – Avia- Reebok, etc but I have recently started to have like a nerve pain along the outside of my left leg from hip to ankle.
What causes this and how can I try to fix this? I have the same feeling in the fron of both legs alond the shin. It is more a discomfort than a pain.
I am 64 years old and want to continue walking.

Its great to here that youre walking on a regular basis. Its also good that you are walking with the proper footwear.Your problem could be a nerve, muscle, tendon, or bone problem. Without a physical exam of the area, its hard to tell. I would suggest seeing a chiropractor Dr. Ibarreta
