pain and swelling on bottom of foot

Hi,
for the past 2 days I have had pain in my big toe and pain and swelling below it on the bottom of of my foot.
I did not injure it in any way.
It is extremely painful at night when I lie down. I have been doing alot of step aerobics, do you think this could be the cause?
I’m not sure if I should wait or if I should go see a doctor now, any advice would be appreciated.. thankyou

There may be a problem with one of your sesamoids. It would be best to see a podiatrist and have an X-ray

I have found a lump in the bottom of my left foot and for the last couple of weeks the right foot has had sharp needle like pains what could it be?
