PAIN BEHIND MY KNEE

Hello, I have pain behind my left knee. It is behind my knee but to the side. I am not able to squat and my knee click everytime I extend and bend it. There is no pain in the front of the knee so to speak. Do you have any ideas of what this could be or what I could do???Any help would be much appreciated.Thanks!

Sometimes a pain in the back of the knee can be a bakers cyst…or a pulled hamstring…or trauma to the joint capsule. Go to a doctor and have it diagnosed. Good luck, Mya

Depending on exactly where your pain is I would guess there is a good chance you could have a tear in your meniscus. Usually clicking, popping, and locking are associated with this type of injury. You may have just torn the posterior portion of it.
