Pain in back of knee/calf
I’m a long distance runner but i stepped in a hole the other day and have since had a pain behind and to the left of my right knee. it doesn’t hurt when i touch it but it hurts a bit when i go up stairs or up hills. i took around a week off but the pain still comes back and nobody who i’ve talked to can figure it out.
