Pain in ball of Foot – Sesamoids
Need help with pain in the ball of the right foot under the big toe. The doc said it is Sesamoiditis (inflamtion near sesamoids bones under the big toe). Next step is a cortison shot which I am avoiding. Any help please ?
I tried putting padding on the ball of the foot but it is not working very well. I would apprecaite any help. Thanks
