pain in feet, thumbs, shoulder and one elbow

the burning pain started in my feet.
I went to the dr. who thought that I had Morton’s Nueroma. He put me on Mobic.
Since then,(late Jan) my hands have given me so much pain. My job is very physical.
In the mornings it is hard to walk,it is hard to use my hands.
I also am having pain in one shoulder, to the extent that it wakes me up when I roll over.
I do have a podiatrist appt in a couple of weeks-my question to you is “Could all of this be related?”I am 46 and have always been very active.
