Walking and at reat, it really hurts when I’m driving and my heal is proped on the floor. I got arch supports and that seemed to help for a while but now its as bad as ever. What could this be? It could be the start of a bone spur or plantar fasciitis. See an orthopedic who specializes in feet or a podiatrist.
