Pain in knee!
I think I may be suffereing from Iliotibial Band Friction Syndrome as all the symptoms are similar to the pain I have in my left knee. I have done some research and have been following the advice to do lots of stretching exercises. I’m desperate to get back out running and wonder if anyone can tell me how long I need to stop for. Also, is it possible to use an epliptical trainer in the gym or even go swimming or should I have complete rest?
Any advice anyone can offer would be much appreciated.
