Pain in Knee

I had back pain and now it may be causing pain down the side of my leg.
I am trying to stretch it out.
I am wondering if it is a pinched nerve that is causing the leg to hurt.

Pretty common. Sounds like Sciatica. The nerve roots in the lower back become compressed or pinched. This in turn causes pain down the leg due to the fact that the nerves that make it up come from the lower back. We see this type of probable all the time. It could be caused by degenerative arthritis in the lumbar spine or can be due to a disc bulge or herniation. See a chiropractor to get the problem diagnosed and resolved.
