pain in knee after jogging
hello! I have a question. I would be so glad to answer me. It was some weeks ago that I began jogging but a lot. It was really enjoyable. but after some days I felt a lot of pain in my knee. I want to know what happened and what should I do now. I don’t want to stop jogging is it good to continue jogging but very slowly?thanks
