pain in left foot

for the past three days I have felt like I’m getting a cramp in my left foot. The pain surrounds my big toe and the front of my foot. When I bend my foot up or down, I have severe pain. At times I have difficulties walking on my foot and it swells up at times. What do you suggest that I do?

I recommend you see a doctor and get your foot examinedand possibly x-rayed.

hi, I’ve been getting a pain in my left foot on the left side of the foot sending really bad pains up my leg can you help? I’m not sure why its doing this?
