pain in lower back

problem getting worse after 7 years,my left side of my lower spine seems to pop out and I get pain in my left buttock and groin and down the back of my leg to my knee.

    Its called sciatica, go see a chiropractor.

    Mine isn’t sciatica, as the throbbing pain iis on the top of my leg, not on the bottom.I’ve had it off and on for over 20 years.Nothing seems to work. I might have to just get the friggin surgery.
