pain in neck, upper back-numbness in hands and feet

(5 discussions)

I have pain in the back left side of my neck that goes down my back along the right side of my shoulder blade.
I also have numbness/tingling in my hands and feet at times.
Mostly my hands when I press on my elbow or am lying on my side and pressing on my shoulder. should I make an appointment with my reg physician or a chiropractor and what do you think is wrong. thanks

Since that time I made an appointment with a Chiropractor’s Office, but did not get my bones cracked…instead they had this great machine they strapped my body to it and gently pulled. I went for several months and finally there was relief. It turned out that I have spinal stenosis. It works!!! If you need more info, please contact me.
