Pain in right big toe and ball of foot
I’m experiencing pain in my right foot at hthe ball of my foot and into my big toe.
The pain is worse at night, with a throbbing in the area that keeps me awake at night.
I run 3 miles a day abouit 3 times a week and the pain is most severe on days I run.
From other things I read, it’s probably a seismoid fracture or strain.
Is this treatable?
Is running making it worse?

I recommend you see a podiatrist. X-rays would be a start and possibly an ultrasound or MRI. If you are having pain, I suggest you switch to biking or swimming until this problem is resolved.
