Pain in the backs of heels.
The backs of my feet are tender, on the top outside of where the heel meets the ankle. There is also a great pain in both feet (moreso in the left foot) whenever I stand on my toes. The pain is always in the same spot, right on the back of the heel.Please E-mail me any information. Thanks…

I am not positive from your description if this is an Achilles tendon problem. You would be better off making an appointment to see a podiatrist and having an examination. Then go from there.
