pain in toes

(3 discussions)

I have had a problem that seems to be getting worse.
I started last summer when I was hiking.
The 3 little toes on my right foot feel like they are cramping.
While stopping and take off my shoe and rubbing them seemed to help for a short while, as soon a I start hiking they continue to get worse.
Now they are doing the same thing when I walk. It is getting painful.

This is possibly a Morton’s neuroma. You should see a podiatrist for further evaluation and treatment recommendations.
