pain on bottom of both feet

About 4 days ago I ran 6-7 miles to prepare for my college soccer tryouts. I ran on the bikepath with some shoes that were not mine. THey were only 1/2 size to small but I guess that wasn’t smart to do. I than woke up the next morning and was expiriencing alot of pain while I was walking in both feet. On my right foot my arch hurts and my left the outside bone below the ankle. It is a very sharp pain while I walk or run and it only hurts after about 30 seconds of walking until I rest it again, and it wont go away. This is a new problem, not reocurring or anything. Do you think there is bruising or what? I have soccer tryouts in 2 days and im on a full ride scholorship so I need help please.

You need more help than I gave give you here. Obviously you have injured your foot. To what extent, I can not say. If you can see a podiatrist, I suggest you do so ASAP. If not, then see if the trainer can offer some assistance. You also need to talk to the coach about this injury.
