PAIN on muscle around sholder blade

I’m feeling a burning pain (sometimes numbness) on the muscle by/under the left sholder blade. I don’t feel pain when I breathe/cough, only when I’m sitting on a hard suface, like A bench or when I’m walking.Please RESPOND!!!???…

sholder blade pain left blade and the neck on the left side when setting at the computer or on hard surfaces.
