Pain Pain Pain Pain!!!!!!!!!!

I was playing basketball yesterday and I fell on my wang coming down from a layup, and now the whole right side of my head is purpalish and it really hurts bad. I tried icing it but it started to burn. The swelling is really bad too. It is 3 times the size of my head and one side is normal and the other side is huge. What should I do?
