Hi maria!did you injured your hand? Those descriptions that you stated are the signs that you occur a fresh injury. Its better for you to put an ice for 15 minutes all over your hand while your hand is elevated. protect it from any movement or external forces like dirt, etc. If you have any open wounds, sanitize it with the proper antiseptic, and if the pain is “nagging” and ver painful, better go to your physician for him to check it properly and maybe he can request an X-ray of it for possible bone breakage… please keep me in tyouch… =D
