Partial Tendon Tear

Need some advise.
I’ve had 2 differing Orthopedic Surgeon opinions on this.
I had a distal bicep injury that included a pop.
The MRI revealed a “Moderate to High Grade tear of the distal bicep tendon from teh radial attachment.
The proximal musculotendinous junction is held by lacertus fibers which is nondisplaced”.
The injury happened about 1-1/2 months ago so I know I have to act quick if surgery is involved.
It does feel like it is healing and I have been resting it.
The numbness in the fingers has gone away, the brusing has healed, and I can do more activities without pain.
There is no obvious physical deformation although I can feel the tendon is alittle mushy and not as crisp as the othe arm. Can someone give me some pro’s and con’s with convservative vs surgical treatment? Does it heal the same either way?

I had a MRI on my elbow/arm and The results were. A partial high grade tear of the extenes tendon. I see an ortho doctor in a few weeks. But I have a family to worry about and I need to know is this something I am going to need a surgery for? How likely is that? I have been off work 2weeks already and I just am having anexity issues over this. I do a very repadative job almost always 60 hrs a week.
