Partner’s lopsided back

My partner (who is 28 years old) has injured his back twice in the past leaving him bedridden for weeks due to lifting as he has a manual job and he now seems to have a slightly lopsided back. When he walks in front of me you can see that his right shoulder is lower than the left although when I tell him he can stand straight? He attends a gym twice a week to try to keep fit but is slightly overweight. His back is worrying me and I don’t know whether he should see a doctor or a chiropractor?

This type of problem definately sounds like it could be dealt with by a Chiropractor. Many times an imbalance in the pelvis causes the shoulders to be off balance and one looke higher than the other. Just be sure the Chiropractor does X-rays and a complete, comprehensive exam. Good luck.
