I have dislocated both knee caps playing basketball, I am currently persueing basketball professionally, is there a cure, or sergery that I can have to prevent this or is it gonna continue to dislocate.

the same happened to me playing rugby and I was told that there is no surgery just lots of physio directed on the vmo muscle

There are supports for some people. Products like the BioSkin Q-brace and Genutrain P3 and Sheilds supports. Some people need surgery. Get the advise of a sports medicine orthopedist with a sub-specialty in knees.
