phys. therapy for broken kneecap?
I was wondering about physical therapy for a broken kneecap. It has been 5 wks. since the accident-direct fall on kneecap. Clean fractures, no surgery needed. I have worn a thigh-ankle cast and am learning to walk without it. My leg is stiff and doesn’t want to bend to sit down, etc. Any suggestions?

I suggest you ask your doc if you can see a PT. You could use some serious masasge and joint mobs.
