Physical therapy& ankle brace?
My parents don’t think I should do physical after I have had a y tendon injury and was in a cast for six weeks and in an air cast for eight weeks. also im in cheerleading and tryouts are in three weeks should I wear a brace? should I even tryout?

Realistically, the people who are treating you can give you the information you need. Even though it seems like forever, you might still be healing and might not be back at full strength. Sorry, I can’t really tel you anything for sure
