I WAS JUST TRYING TO GET SOMEONE’S OPINION ON THE SUBJECT . I RECENTLY HAVE BEEN EXPERINCING SOME SEVERE ARM PAIN AS WELL AS MY FOREFINGER BEING CONSTANTLY NUMB IS THIS A SYMPTOM OF A PINCHED NERVE AS MY DOCTOR SUGGESTED TO ME? THANK YOU.

I feel pain on my right forefinger especially at the area where the finger meets the hand. The pain is intermittent.My job requires me to be on the computer all day. I do not know if use of the mouse may have caused this.

I am having the same symptoms. Lower neck pain, shoulder blade pain, arm/elbow pain, tingling in the hand (mostly the first 2 fingers). I had the same issue a year ago. last year physical therapy helped. this year the symptoms are much worse, adn the therapy only seems to help temporarily. I am told I have 3 buldging discs in my neck, but not bad enough for surgery. I am not sure which would be worse, continue physical therapy 2/3 times per week, or go ahead and try surgery.

I have been suffering from the same exact symptoms for about a week and a half now. I went to the emergency room, they gave me pain killers and sent me home to stay off my feet for a few days. Now I am back at work and still feeling the arm pain and numbness. I don’t know what to do! HELP!!!

I have suffered from this since may of 08 and have researched my injury online. Also I have a freind that is a chiropractor,it just so happens that he treated me the day befor my severe pain started. He was said it is a form of arthrites which is true.You need a heating pad and traction to decompress your spine. I still have numbness in my finger and can’t lift weights like I used to so I am considering laser surgery.

Hello For the last 2 weeks I have had pain doown the left fore arm some times underneath my upper left arm too..and pain accross the left shoulder. I can’t sleep for it..also the end of my fore finger is numb.. It eased off at one point but has coma back. I am 55 thankyou
