Piriformis Syndrome – need a doctor

I am 99% certain that I have Piriformis Syndrome and have been suffering with it for over 7 years. Two PTs have told me that I have it. I can no longer afford to see PTs privately so I need to find a doctor that can diagnose me and then hopefully get the correct treatment under the NHS. I have had the wrong treatment before and it has made things worse. I live in North London. If anyone knows of a doctor who understands this syndrome could you please email me? I need a diagnosis for insurance purposes also.

Many thanks
