plantar fasciitis

I am only 27 and I’ve been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis for about eight years now.
I have had orthotics, kenalog shots, physical therapy, daily massages, stretches and after my third doctor finally opted to try for surgury.
I was aware that a for a very small percentage the surgury was ineffective.
However, I had a plantar fascia release on one foot and filed off an almost nonexistant bone spur.
I am 7 months post op and had begun to feel better but recently have had extreme pain return in the surgical foot.
My doctor doesn’t seem to have anymore options for me to try.
I just read about “The rebuilder system” which is a form of tens instrament.
Are you familiar with this being used for feet?
And would you recommend it?
Do you know of any more treatments that I could try?

I am not familiar specifically with what you wrote. I frequently use the SPORTX on post op patients. This is a galvanic stimulator and TENS in a compact unit. It is from Rehabilicare. As far as other treatments available. Has your doctor considered a nerve entrapment (Baxter’s nerve) or even tarsal tunnel syndrome ?
