I have this condition. I tried physical therapy, which didn’t do a lot for me. I have also taken a couple of cortisone injections, which helped for awhile, but then they wear off. Then I saw a podiatrist and he had some custom orthotics made for me. I have had minimal pain in my feet since then. Give it a try!!
I was diagnosed with having Plantar Faciitis, treatment required was cortisone shots. After the third shot, I’ll be fitted for orthotics, which will cost me $200.00. How can I find something to also aleviate this pain?
