Plantars fascitis
I’ve had trouble with plantars fascitis for years and nothing seems to work.
I have custom made orthotics and they help but the pain is still there.
I’m at the point now where I feel like cutting my feet off.
Is there any kind of surgery or any other treatment options available?
The pain is now moving into my ankle It feels like it’s burning.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I’m a nure and on my feet 8+ hours a day.
