Please help!

I am experiencing a sharp pain in my left knee when I do any type of squatting or deep knee bend movements.

I have discontinued any movement that hurts for now but I would like to resume normal activity A.S.A.P.

What is it? Chondromalacia, patellar bursitis, patellar tendonitis?

Sharp pains are usually asociated with ligaments….but more information is needed to diagnose anything. I suggest you go and see a Physio or Sports Therapist.
