I am experiencing a sharp pain in my left knee when I do any type of squatting or deep knee bend movements.
The pain is deep in the upper one third of the patella just slightly lateral from midline. There is no swelling or any other symptoms, and the pain is only present when doing those specific activities.
I have discontinued any movement that hurts for now but I would like to resume normal activity A.S.A.P.
What is it? Chondromalacia, patellar bursitis, patellar tendonitis?
