please help. ankle/leg flexability

my daughter cannot keep her heel planted on the ground when she gets in a basketball defensive stance. its odd looking. she bends her legs…her left heel automatically comes off the ground several inches. to flatten it she has to raise up. Achilles problem? foot problem? knee problem?

    Probably just tight gastroc/soleus/achilles, have her do a lot of calf stretching, a total of 2 minutes a day, holding at least 30 seconds at a time, more often is always more beneficial.
