Plica After surgery

Hi, I am in Texas, but I live in Alabama so I cannot contact my doctor. I had surgery amost two weeks ago. They removed plica and fixed my thigh bone with a laser. I was doing fine and walking around great, then I went down a slide with my cousin and my knee bent up and since then I can barely walk on it. It hurts all through the back of my knee, and is swollen on the top(three times the size of my other knee). I can’t straighten it out all the way nor can I bend it hardly any. Is there anything that you can recommend me doing until I see my doctor. What do you think that I have done? Should I call my doctor immediately. Thanks for your help. Cheryii Burrow
