POPPING IN RIGHT GROIN & LOWER BACK PAIN

(5 discussions)

I have been having pain in my lower back (degenerative arthritis of the lower spine) and several months ago started having pain in the right leg (generates down to right buttock and knee and sometimes ankle) and right groin where my panty line is.
I’m also experiencing a popping in my right groin and sometimes it feels like my right leg will give out. Do you have any idea what the groin pain is all about.
I saw a chiropractor yesterday and when he heard about the popping in the groin he said my pelvis was out of place and has ordered his massage therapist to massage my pelvic area and then he would adjust me.
I’ve never heard of a pelvis being out of place and was wondering what you thought about it.

I have been diagnosed with an adductor strain related to an eccentric (lengthening) movement of my right leg while carrying two duffle bags, one in each hand. Unable to run beyond a baby jog as a result(I’m also a long distance runner) my medial thigh becomes very sore and my inguinal region hurts (adductor connects to the pubis there). I have yet to discuss the popping with my doctor. The popping occurs while performing leg lifts, lying flat on my back; popping occurs in the front, not the back.

I have had a two hip replacements but with the right hip replace (and sometimes the left) I have groin pain and frequestly have like dislocation at the groin area and almost puts me down and does make me feel faint until the pain subsides. Can you give me any information why this is happening. I have went back to my doctor and they took xrays and said the showed that the hip joint replacement looked very good. I even had a second opinion with the same results. I have had about 5cortisone shots for bursers.
