Popping Shoulder
(2 discussions)
Occasionally (10-20 times/day)I have to “shrug” my right shoulder forward to relieve a catch or impingenet. After a noticeable (and audible pop)the shoulder feels normal. Any indication of a problem or is this normal?

Probably nothing but you may want to get it checked out at your next MD visit. You could have some scarring under your shoulder blade or some wear and tear to your shoulder joint that causes it to catch at time. If it doesn't hurt I wouldn't worry about it as much. Look at what you are doing during the day that causes it to feel that way.
