My right big toe is very sore upon touching and wearing certain shoes.
I feel sure it’s a bunion.
Is there any other alternative other than surgery to relieve the pain?
Certainly thefirst thing to try is getting your feet measured at the end of the day and sized properly. Wearing a shoe that fits better can help. If that fails then I recommend you see a podiatrist for further evaluation and treatment options.
