Possible RotorCuff injury

(2 discussions)

I injuried my shoulder doing “High seated Bench Press” took a month off from the gym and went back yesterday. I am able too do Flat-bench presses with dumbells (palsm facing in) without a problem but, If I turn them out, THe right shoulder pain is bad and I can not do the Incline presses with Bars or bells. Is this a Rotor problem and if so, how do I workout with it without causing more problems?
