Postural malalignment
I am trying to correct my posture and as of know I have a lot of work to do.
I experience pain/weakness in my left shoulder when I do bench presses. The left and right sides of my back are opposite, R upper traps are overly developed and my lower traps are constantly stretched and weak, R lower thoracic and lumbar errectors are underdeveloped, and my R scapula wings out. Like I said before my left is the exact opposite. I know I have to stretch the tight muscles and strengthen the weak muscles but what I don’t know is what are the best exercises to do so and how often I should be doing them.
