protruding zyphoid, spine popping

(4 discussions)

I recently noticed my zyphoid is protruding and hurts (mildly) if pressed upon also spine pops when taking deep breath, shoulders pop. Zyphoid sometimes sore even if not pressing on it such as when I catch myself slouching forward.
I do not want to bounce from doc to doc, what does this mean and what type of doc should I go to for any required treatment?

I can’t believe I found this message. I also have this condition. My doctor thinks it is normal and is not concerned but I don’t agree. I haven’t researched it further. What have you found out so far? Please email me at [email protected]. Thanks. Howard

I basically have the same thing. I went to my chiropractor this morning. She adjusted my in 5 places around my abdomen. I really thought I had something terribly wrong. I soar through the roof when my “knot” is touched. I’m currently searching the internet for some answers. Let me know if you find anything.Jen
