I had a proximal bicep tear reattached with surgery.
I had to make a big fuss to get it done. Does anyone have a rehab schedule?Please email me at [email protected]

I am having this surgery in a month and was wondering how yours went. Is it worth it? Mind you that I am having a military doctor do it. How long for the recovery and what were some the excercises that worked for you. I had the Muford scope on my shoulder last August and that didn’t help out so this is the next step. Are you back to atleast 90% movement? Really would appreciate in input from you.Jason

Why a big fuss to get it done? I have a tear and am being told it is a cosmetic proceedure at this time. Was the repair an extensive surgery?
