What can i do, im in the middle of football season, and i need to recover as fast as possible because im starting. Any tips for me once i recover so i dont pull it again?

First let it heal well!!! Then make sure you warm-up thoroughly before and stretch thoroughly after each workout.
To rehab a pulled muscle you should not stretch it; rather you should perform gentle contractions of the affect muscle until it gets tired. Let it recover (hours) and repeat another set of gentle contractions.
BE PATIENT WITH IT! and it will come back stronger for you.
