I fell on ice last year and used my legs to support the back so not to break my back, after nearly a year of finally feeling better, I hit that left knee again, and it has been swelling and very painful to walk on. I do have a history of bursitis in that same knee from sports, etc. But heat always helped, heat doesn’t seems to make that knee more sore, ice works better. I also hurt in the hip area on the left side, I feel like I am sitting on a ball.

I HAVE PULLED LIGAMENTS IN BOTH MY KNEES CAN YOU SUGGEST ANYTHING TO HELP ME. I HAVE RESTED THEM BUT SEEMS TO BE GETTING WORSE.

How do I know if I have pulled ligiments or it is my kidneys from too many soft drinks?
