Quads/Hamstring

I did a fitness video yesterday for the first time. It was quite hard work but when I woke up this morning I didn’t feel aching in my muscles, I felt a tight feeling.

I walked around all day but walking felt rather odd due to this tension. I then went on to do PE, where we did rounders. We went for a run to warm up which was fine.

The we moved on to the actual rounders. After running round twice, my left hamstring and right quad started to really ache. Now the hamstring seems to be ok but now both of my quads hurt. Does it sound like a strain? Was the tension already the sign of a possible strain?

    Could it be that you didnt stretch out after your work out video. I know when i play football, i dont ache the next day but the day after that.. Just try stretching
