Re: cervical reverse lordosis with mild detroscoliosis
Hello, my wife has been diagnosed with reverse cervical lordosis along with mild dextroscoliosis and herniated cervical c-4, 5, 6 and 7.
I was wondering what would be safe and helpful physical therapy she can do on her own, because she does not have insurance.
