I have the same problems you have.
I had a severe whiplash injury that started mine.
I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and TMJ disorder (mostly in my right jaw) and thoracic outlet syndrome.
What helps me most is the excercises that help thoracic outlet sydrome, I found these on the internet. Also, I massage my jaw and head, carefully.
I take a multi vitamin, plus I take extra magnesium, MSM, glucosamine sulfate, and vitamin C.
Sometimes I tak guaifenesin for stiffness.

    i will tell u a bit about my pain my arms fell dead and asleep all the time, it hurts to do things aroud the house like hang the washing out also I can only sleep on my back because if I lay on my arms they go to sleep and when iwake they are tingley like pins and needles my nerologist said he thinks I have thoracic oulet sydrome, I have had cts released by still I have pain to my arms, shoulders and hands, please tell me what u think I am only 23 and in consent pain aslo I have a 2 year old littleboy it is really hard to do things for him. please help
