The fungus is an opportunistic invader. Your body’s immune system for some reason does not fight it off and it gets stareted and is near impossible to get rid off. We have treatments, not cures in the oral and topical medications: Lamisil, Sporanox and Penlac. Unfortunately, at this time this is still somewhat frustrating in the long term.
