reguarding foot surgery for a moderate bunion.
I just need an opinion on my foot condition. I am 26 years old and I have lots of pain in myfeet. Mainly the left foot, my podiatrist exclaimedthat I have flat feet. I also have a bunion on my leftbig toe that is painful. I have gotten three opinions on whether I should have surgery on this bunion or not. Each doctor has their own opinion. The bunion is visible but not that visible. I need to know if Orthotics will help my condition far as pain, and straightening of the toes,”hammer toes” thank you!

I have not examined your foot so I can't be very specific. I do not think an orthotic will "straighten out" your foot. At best, it might help slow down the progress. It might be a good idea, given the pain you describe and no one can be faulted for being conservative.
